We have extended the house to create a large open plan kitchen-diner, and reconfigured some of the rooms to enhance the flow of the house. We have also added two new balconies to capitalise on the spectacular views.

When we acquired this property, it came with lucrative plans to bulldoze it and build blocks of flats. But we wanted to save this beautiful building and have tried to stay true to its gorgeous beach house character.
