We are refurbishing both properties to transform them into elegant town houses, each with a 200ft garden . At present they just have a small yard.

We will extend both so they have four bedrooms, and each will have a large open plan kitchen with roof lights and bi-fold doors. The front doors will be repositioned and each will retain off street parking.

We are looking forward to giving both properties a completely new look.

The ugly pillars on this property will disappear as will the overhangs, to create more space.
