We are refurbishing both properties to transform them into elegant town houses, each with a 200ft garden . At present they just have a small yard.

We will extend both so they have four bedrooms, the master with an ensuite, and each will have a large open plan kitchen with roof lights and bi-fold doors.

The overhangs at the front will extend straight down, the front doors will be repositioned and each will retain off street parking.

We are looking forward to giving both properties a completely new look.

Meadowcourt A currently has a small garage but we will use this to extend the ground floor and build on top to create more room upstairs.
