develop has been able to secure an extraordinary opportunity to design and build a totally sustainable development on a Kent clifftop.

At this stage we are exploring a number of possibilities; sustainable new builds, redevelopment and possibly passive house constructions.

We are keeping an open mind but are determined to create something very special on this just-shy-of-an-acre site close to Broadstairs.

 

Whatever transpires we will incorporate all the environmentally friendly installations, materials and technology available.

And our Eco Beach project will be designed to optimise the sensational ocean views you can see below, whilst taking on some of the character of the original neighbouring properties.
